We all got up a little early today so we could give Allie her big present before Daddy went to work. Underneath the paper? A Thomas the Train table and some accessories. We had blueberry muffins for breakfast. Today was Audrey's Christmas party at school so Grandma came to play with Allie so I could go give Audrey my undivided attention. They played with her train set the entire time. Grandma had all boys so she's well versed in building trains.
We noticed the last few months she really liked playing with the train sets that were set up at stores we'd visit. So much that she'd throw a fit when it was time to leave. She started pointing out
"choo choo's" and even though she loves dressing dolls and playing dress-up we opted to get her a less than girly toy for her birthday. I'm excited to see how she learns and grows with it.
